Who we are and what this policy covers
ZIBMOC Business Solutions Pvt Ltd (“Walue.biz”, “we”, “us”) implements and supports ERPNext and other Frappe applications for businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website (waluebiz.frappe.cloud), contact us, or subscribe to our newsletter, and how we handle personal data in client systems during an implementation.
It does not cover other websites you reach through links on this site, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn or frappe.io; their own policies apply there.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: first and last name, work email, phone number (optional), the topic you choose and your message.
- Newsletter: your work email address. The name field on that form is not stored.
- Emails, calls and WhatsApp messages you send us: your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: our hosting provider, Frappe Cloud, records technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time.
- Spam protection: when you submit a form we check your IP address against a rate limit, and record how long the page was open, to block automated submissions. Submissions identified as spam are discarded.
- Cookies: see section 6.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website, and we do not sell personal data.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss or provide our services. Each enquiry is recorded as a lead in our CRM (Frappe CRM).
- To send the newsletter you signed up for, until you unsubscribe.
- To keep the website secure and working, including blocking spam and abuse.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form or contact us, and for the legitimate uses permitted under section 7 of the DPDP Act, 2023.
Who we share it with
- Frappe Cloud (Frappe Technologies Pvt Ltd), which hosts this website, our CRM and client ERPNext sites.
- Google Fonts: the website loads its fonts from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
- Email providers used to deliver our emails and the newsletter.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Client data in ERPNext implementations
When we implement or support ERPNext for a client, we may access personal data the client holds, such as employee, customer and supplier records. We handle that data only on the client’s instructions, as their data processor, for the purposes of the engagement, under the confidentiality and data-protection terms of our Terms and Conditions (sections 14 and 15) and the client’s Statement of Work.
Cookies
This website sets only the cookies the Frappe platform needs to work, such as a session cookie and a language preference. They contain no advertising or tracking identifiers. You can block cookies in your browser; the website will still display, but forms may not submit.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and CRM leads: up to 3 years after our last contact, or longer while you are a client.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- Server logs: according to Frappe Cloud’s log retention.
- Records we must keep by law, such as invoices: for the period the law requires.
Where it is stored and how we protect it
Data is stored on Frappe Cloud. All traffic to this website is encrypted over HTTPS, and access to our CRM is limited to our team. Hosting regions are chosen per client, and India-based hosting is available. If a security incident affects your personal data, we will tell you without undue delay.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you can ask us to: tell you what personal data we hold about you; correct or update it; erase it where we no longer need it; and withdraw your consent at any time. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. To make a request, email info.zibmoc@walue.biz. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy we will update it on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
